Premier League leaders Arsenal FC have completed the signing of Leandro Trossard from Brighton & Hove Albion for a fee of £27 million. The Belgian winger has signed a long-term contract with the Gunners and will provide Mikel Arteta with much-needed depth and creativity in the attacking third.
Trossard has been in impressive form for Brighton this season, scoring seven goals and providing three assists in 16 Premier League appearances. His performances have helped the Seagulls climb to eighth in the table and he was named the club's Player of the Year for the 2021/22 season.
The 28-year-old is a versatile player who can operate on either flank or as a central attacking midfielder. He is known for his excellent dribbling skills, passing ability, and eye for goal.
